This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a small, multidisciplinary team, defining technical direction while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding and technical decision making. Collaborating with Product and Design, you'll translate business goals into elegant technical solutions and ensure the delivery of secure, high performance software. You'll also champion modern engineering practices, leveraging AI assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Management position. Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in the London office, with flexibility to work form home twice a week.
