The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical or mechanical background, with previous experience as a Shift Engineer, Senior Engineer or Technician looking to take the next step into supervision.HVAP experience is preferred but not essential, with training available for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of engineers.Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.Diagnose and assist with resolving technical faults and issues.Ensure critical engineering systems are maintained safely and reliably.Monitor maintenance activities to ensure they are completed to the required standards.RequirementsStrong technical engineering background, preferably electrically biased.Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent.Experience within a data centre, critical environment, FM or similar technical environment.HVAP qualification preferred but not essential training will be provided for the right candidate.Good knowledge of critical building services and engineering systems.Right to work in the UKWhats on Offer£68,000 per annumHVAP Training & development availableExcellent career progression opportunitiesOpportunity for an experienced Shift Technician to progress into supervision20 Days annual leaveOvertime opportunitiesIf you live in and around the Northolt, Ealing, Harrow, Wembley or West London area, this could be the role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply today and help us shape the future!TPBN1_UKTJ
