Alfred Recruitment is supporting a highly regarded employee-owned architectural practice in the appointment of an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Senior Technologist who enjoys leading projects, coordinating teams and delivering high-quality buildings within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The practice has a strong reputation for design quality, technical excellence and sustainable architecture, delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors.

The Opportunity:

\n

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:

\n

🏗️ Lead the technical delivery of large-scale projects (£20m+)

\n

📐 Run projects through technical design and delivery stages

\n

🤝 Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants

\n

👥 Support, mentor and delegate work to junior team members

\n

📄 Produce and manage specifications, technical information and detailed design solutions

\n

🏢 Work on a varied portfolio including refurbishment, retrofit and complex projects

\n

🌱 Contribute to innovative approaches including MMC and sustainable design solutions.

\n

\n

We're Looking For:

\n

'14; Experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong job-running experience

\n

'14; Proven track record delivering large and complex projects

\n

'14; Excellent knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows

\n

'14; Strong technical understanding across RIBA stages

\n

'14; Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams

\n

'14; Ability to produce high-quality technical information and specifications

\n

'14; Excellent communication and organisational skills

\n

\n

Experience within heritage, refurbishment, retrofit, education, healthcare or sustainable design projects would be advantageous.
