  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience in engineering or project management (preferred

  • Technical Depth: A detailed understanding of at least one engineering discipline (e.g., analog, digital, mechanical, software, or PCB

  • Process Mastery: Extensive knowledge of product development and realization
  • \n
  • Leadership: Strong team-building skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through demanding schedule
