Richmond Capital is delighted to be partnering with our client in the search for a Cluster People & Culture Manager to support its expanding UK operations.

\n

\n

Following the successful launch of hotel in London they are continuing with international growth, including an exciting expansion into Gibraltar.

\n

\n

This role offers the opportunity to lead the People & Culture function across multiple locations, partnering with senior operational leaders to shape the employee experience, support business growth and develop high-performing teams within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll do

\n

As Cluster People & Culture Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the operational leadership teams across the UK region, ensuring the people strategy supports both commercial objectives and an outstanding employee experience.

\n

\n

%AA;️ Lead the People & Culture function across the UK region, supporting hotels and restaurants in both London and Gibraltar.

\n

%AA;️ Partner with General Managers and departmental leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.

\n

%AA;️ Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers, recruitment partners and candidates to attract exceptional hospitality talent.

\n

%AA;️ Drive learning and development initiatives, creating engaging in-house training programmes that support employee growth and long-term retention.

\n

%AA;️ Manage payroll processes, reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.

\n

%AA;️ Provide day-to-day guidance and support to operational managers across all areas of employee relations, performance management and HR best practice.

\n

%AA;️ Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, health & safety regulations and internal policies across the region.

\n

%AA;️ Lead and develop the People & Culture team across London and Gibraltar, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

\n

%AA;️ Champion employee engagement initiatives while promoting the employer brand through social media, recruitment events and community partnerships.

\n

%AA;️ Support the continued growth of the business by creating an environment where talented people can thrive.

\n

What you'll need

\n

%AA;️ Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager, Cluster HR Manager or Senior HR Manager within the hospitality sector.

\n

%AA;️ Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

\n

%AA;️ Experience supporting multi-site hospitality operations is highly desirable.

\n

%AA;️ A hands-on leadership style with the ability to quickly build credibility and strong working relationships.

\n

%AA;️ Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll and learning & development programmes.

\n

%AA;️ Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences and building positive workplace cultures.

\n

%AA;️ Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

\n

%AA;️ Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving business.
