The Role

\n

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded recruitment professional to support the growth of our hiring function across a range of operational, leadership and specialist roles.

\n


\n

Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll play an important role in delivering an effective recruitment service, improving processes and helping to build strong talent pipelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on recruitment and finding smarter ways to improve how hiring works.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
  • \n
  • Work alongside hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide guidance and keep vacancies progressing
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, candidate engagement and reporting
  • \n
  • Support recruitment activity across restaurant management, senior operational and specialist positions
  • \n
  • Review and enhance recruitment processes, templates, tools and resources to create a more consistent approach
  • \n
  • Screen, assess and engage candidates, sharing recommendations and insights with hiring managers
  • \n
  • Improve ATS effectiveness, recruitment reporting and visibility of hiring activity
  • \n
  • Develop clear recruitment guidance and practical procedures that enable managers to confidently manage the hiring process
  • \n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Organised, proactive and able to turn ideas into practical improvements and useful solutions
  • \n
  • Experienced in recruitment, ideally within hospitality, retail or leisure.
  • \n
  • Interested in technology, AI and exploring new approaches to improving recruitment
  • \n
  • Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and building effective relationships with hiring managers
  • \n
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, shortlisting and candidate relationship management
  • \n
  • Professional, approachable and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience
  • \n
  • Able to balance attention to detail with a focus on delivering an efficient recruitment service
  • \n
