The Role
\n As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the site's drive for higher reliability and performance.
\n Your responsibilities will include:
- \n
- Responding to breakdowns and restoring production quickly \n
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding across manufacturing equipment \n
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) \n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability \n
- Working closely with production to maximise machine performance \n
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety \n
What We're Looking For
- \n
- Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability \n
- Previous experience within Food, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment \n
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and production machinery \n
- Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent preferred) \n
- A proactive engineer who enjoys problem solving and making lasting improvements \n
