The Role
\n As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the site's drive for higher reliability and performance.
\n Your responsibilities will include:

    \n
  • Responding to breakdowns and restoring production quickly
  • \n
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding across manufacturing equipment
  • \n
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • \n
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
  • \n
  • Working closely with production to maximise machine performance
  • \n
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
  • \n

What We're Looking For

\n
    \n
  • Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
  • \n
  • Previous experience within Food, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and production machinery
  • \n
  • Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent preferred)
  • \n
  • A proactive engineer who enjoys problem solving and making lasting improvements
  • \n
