Pre-Pack Line Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Wages: £14.75 per hour up to 40 hours, overtime available

Key responsibilities:

Daily start up and Glass & Plastic sheets done correctly & on time on AFP

Ensuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and within legal parameters in both weight and quality

Monitor/communicate/report progress, downtime & staffing to Pre-pack Team leader

Report issues to Pre-pack team leader & Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or by the Factory groups

Pro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders & Managers

Pro-actively support continuous improvements

Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping & GMP

Support end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring staff are compliant with the planned \"Clean down\"

Meet all GMP & H&S Targets

Follow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.

Take on any other duties as required or what is deemed necessary for the needs of the business
