£14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)+Fully funded Enhanced DBS and guaranteed hours available after successful probation

Shifts :Part-time – 5h evening shifts 4 PM -9 PM + 6h Saturday day shift

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home. You will support individuals with learning disabilities challenging behaviour and complex health needs, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

• Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect

• Assist with nutrition and epilepsy (training provided)

Essential

\n
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience
\n
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
\n
• experience with challenging behaviour and none verbal clients
\n
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
\n

Desirable

\n
• Experience in complex care
\n
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
\n
