Job Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM.
- Handle 7 to 10 calls during each 24-hour shift.
- Work within a hospital environment, with necessary privileges.
- Engage in 70% spine surgery and 30% cranial surgery.
- Common procedures include:
- Lumbar laminectomy
- Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF)
- Spinal deformity corrections
- Craniotomy for hematoma, tumor removal, and shunt placements
- General neurosurgery skills are essential.
