Join Our Skilled Nursing Team as a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2026." This position is available for the following schedule:

  • Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Compensation: $40-$46/hr. (depending on experience) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities

As an RN, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents, while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily activities may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, fostering participation in daily life.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Current RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
