Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is between $400,000 and $450,000. Please be aware that the final offer may differ within this range, taking into account the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and considerations of internal equity.

Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Completion of a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery is required.
  • A demonstrated interest in academic medicine, including teaching and/or research.
  • MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
  • A commitment to collaborative practice and the long-term growth of the program.
