Job Opportunity: Full-time Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2026."

Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) + $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities

As an RN, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily tasks may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
