\nResponsibilities\n
\nCollaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects such as mulching, pruning, planting, and landscape installation\n
\nSafely operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment\n
\nAssist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment\n
\nPrepare job sites and perform cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work area\n
\nFollow instructions from the Landscape Foreman and crew leaders to meet company standards\n
\nSupport seasonal snow removal and winter maintenance tasks during the off-season\n
\nAdhere to all company safety policies and procedures\n
\nMaintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company\n
\nQualifications\n
\nPrevious landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required\n
\nWillingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors\n
\nAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions\n
\nCapable of performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods\n
\nReliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team\n
\nValid drivers license preferred\n
