We are in search of a passionate, board-certified Endocrinologist to become part of our multi-disciplinary Endocrinology Division, providing outstanding care to Veterans and contributing to the education of future medical professionals.

- Balanced Practice: Our endocrinologists serve a diverse patient population with unique clinical challenges while engaging in quality improvement, research, education, and professional growth.
- Full-Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Deliver comprehensive endocrinology care to Veterans in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows from the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
- Participate in and contribute to scholarly activities; VA investigators with Merit Review Awards may be eligible for up to 35% protected research time.
- Maintain American Heart Association BLS certification and adhere to regulatory standards.
- M.D. or D.O. degree (or equivalent)
- Board Certified in Endocrinology (ABIM)
- Eligible for faculty appointment at the University of Arizona, based on experience and achievements
- Current, valid, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State or Territory
- U.S. Citizenship (Non-U.S. citizens may be considered according to VA guidelines)
- Completion of Residency Training in the USA
- Competitive Salary: $245,000 - $275,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus and regular salary increases.
- Recruitment Incentives: A sign-on bonus may be available for highly qualified candidates.
