Job Responsibilities- Work 24-hour in-house shifts, with a maximum of 2 consecutive days followed by a 24-hour rest period.
- Complete 4 shifts each month.
- Manage a patient census of 7 individuals.
- Provide care in a Level II nursery environment.
- Accept infants as young as 30 weeks gestation.
- No coverage for well-babies; focus is solely on Level II cases.
- Hospital privileges are mandatory.
- Board certification is required.
