Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Base pay can reach up to $18.50 per hour.
The compensation for this role may vary based on individual experience. Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Center Automotive Technician, you will carry out a variety of tasks within our Automotive Service Center. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Repairing and installing tires
- Balancing wheels
- Installing batteries, headlamps, and other basic automotive components
- Performing oil changes
- Conducting brake system repairs
- Completing additional tasks as assigned, with ongoing on-the-job training
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in auto repair is preferred
- Previous retail experience is also preferred
- For Michigan Stores Only: ASE A4 and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level II, and ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level III, or equivalent Michigan certifications.
