Compensation

Our compensation structure includes:

  • A weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts
  • A base pay rate of up to $18.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Center Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our Automotive Service Center, including but not limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Repairing and installing tires
  • Balancing wheels
  • Installing batteries, headlamps, and other basic automotive components
  • Performing oil changes
  • Conducting brake system repairs
  • Completing additional duties as assigned, with ongoing on-the-job training
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently
  • Effective communication with customers and team members is required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous auto repair experience is preferred
  • Prior retail experience is also preferred
  • For Michigan Stores Only: ASE A4 and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level II, while ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications are necessary for Tech Level III, or equivalent Michigan certifications.
