Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Barrow)
$7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (Madison, Jackson, Franklin)
**This bonus structure allows you to earn as you go without requiring a contract of employment.

Your Responsibilities
As a Home Health RN Case Manager, your duties will include:
- Conducting skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
- Performing assessments, initiating care visits, and developing care plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
- Overseeing LPNs and Home Health Aides
- Documenting care using an iPad with AI assistance (experience with OASIS is a plus)
- Educating patients and their families to foster independence
- Ensuring the continuity, quality, and safety of patient care
Qualifications We Seek
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- CPR certification
- At least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in home health or acute care)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with aging or adult patient populations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize a busy caseload, and confidently navigate technology and electronic documentation systems
