A NY Facility Seeks a Locum Tenens Psychiatrist

Job Overview

While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. This structure allows them to concentrate on the aspects that are most important to you. Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel logistics, credentialing, licensing, and much more, ensuring we meet your needs effectively.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Manage an average of 5 to 7 patients daily, with the potential for up to 12 during coverage periods
• Focus on adult inpatient psychiatry for individuals aged 18 and older
• Hospitalists will handle history and physicals (H&Ps), so you will not be responsible for these
• Conduct inpatient hospital consultations as required
• Workload is shared among four providers

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $220.00
• Rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work
