Key Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist I, you will provide evidence-based, patient-focused rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting independence. You will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to create personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their rehabilitation objectives.

  • Assess patients and formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise routines.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate EMR documentation and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate).
  • Valid state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
