Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With an increase in residency positions recently approved and an expanding clinical presence, we are eager to welcome a surgeon who is passionate about advanced stone disease management and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.

The Role

We are interested in candidates who possess a strong enthusiasm for or fellowship training in Endourology. This position primarily aims to advance our programs focused on stone disease and BPH.

The ideal candidate will:

• Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
• Develop and manage a high-volume practice dedicated to stone disease.
• Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300,000 to $400,000, adjusted according to years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligibility for a California medical license.
• A strong commitment to clinical education and community-focused care.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
• This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
• As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
