You'll play a critical role in maintaining the technology backbone that enables world-class engineering, manufacturing, and innovation.
What You'll DoAs a Windows Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's Windows infrastructure while ensuring maximum uptime, security, and performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments for optimal performance and reliability.
Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, Group Policies (GPOs), and security permissions.
Install system updates, security patches, and software upgrades.
Monitor server health and proactively resolve infrastructure issues using system monitoring tools.
Maintain Windows security through firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and security best practices.
Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and connectivity.
Administer enterprise storage solutions, including SAN and NAS systems.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks.
Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery processes to protect critical business systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows-related issues while providing technical support to end users.
Collaborate with IT teams to continuously improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of Windows Systems Administration experience.
Strong experience administering Windows Server 2016/2019 (or newer).
Experience managing Active Directory environments.
Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Certification
CompTIA Server+
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
PowerShell scripting experience
Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering environments

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
