Daily Pay Range: $856.94 to $1,085.42 gross per shift

Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks

Available Shifts: Days and Nights

Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice.
• Guiding and directing patient and family education, as well as the activities of other nursing staff, while upholding care standards in the Telemetry Unit.
• Being directly accountable for the care provided to assigned patients.
• Communicating effectively with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology.
• Responding swiftly and accurately to any changes in patient condition or treatment responses.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Possession of a current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, with maintenance required.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire, with maintenance necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience is mandatory.

Pay Transparency

Our organization offers competitive compensation. The estimated pay range for this role is $61.21–$77.53 per hour, applicable to residents of California. This estimate does not account for variations in other locations. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
