Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the rapidly growing field of Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care, which offers excellent work-life balance and no on-call requirements. We are looking for a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for our facility located in North Conway, NH.
This position combines the roles of Attending Physician and Medical Director, focusing primarily on clinical responsibilities. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with experience in Long-Term Care.

Key Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for patients admitted under your care.
- Adhere to our organization’s credentialing procedures.
- Conduct timely visits to assigned patients in accordance with our policies.
- Follow guidelines related to our clinical initiatives.
- Abide by the Medical Staff's Rules and Regulations.
- Comply with our Corporate Integrity policies.
- Ensure a complete history and physical examination is documented within 72 hours of patient admission.
- Provide high-quality care to all assigned patients.
- Collaborate closely with the Center Medical Director to enhance care quality within the facility.
- Serve as a role model for fellow physicians and staff members.
- Communicate our mission effectively to community and professional organizations.
- Facilitate appropriate relationships and coordinate care arrangements with local hospitals and relevant institutions.
- Exhibit compassion and care to ensure all customers receive exceptional service.
- Follow our Time Off and On Call policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all applicable legal standards, policies, and procedures, including those related to compliance, conduct, the Federal False Claims Act, and HIPAA.
- Participate in mandatory orientation and training programs.
- Report any concerns or suspected compliance issues to management or the Compliance Officer.
- Cooperate with monitoring, auditing, and investigative functions.
- M.D. or D.O. degree is required.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred, with ongoing certification maintenance.
- Specialization in Geriatrics is a plus.
