Project Manager – CAT B Design & Build Fit-Out (Fast-Track Projects) Location: London Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package & commission We are currently recruiting for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor specialising in CAT B Design & Build projects. This role will focus on delivering fast-track office fit-outs typically ranging from £2m – £6m, working with high-profile clients across London. The Role: You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of CAT B D&B projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver multiple CAT B Design & Build fit-out projects (£2m – £6m) Manage pre-construction input, design coordination, and project execution Oversee programme, cost management, and subcontractor performance Act as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Requirements: Proven experience delivering CAT B D&B fit-out projects Strong understanding of fast-track project environments Experience managing projects in the £2m – £6m range Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred) What’s on Offer: Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience Exposure to high-profile, fast-paced projects Strong pipeline of work across London Opportunity to join a dynamic and growing contractor If you are a Project Manager experienced in CAT B Design & Build fit-out looking for your next move, apply now or contact us for a confidential conversation
