(c65 stores and concessions with over 700 retail colleagues within)The role of Retail People Business Partner (Nationwide)As a Retail People Business Partner, you will partner with Regional Managers and retail leadership teams to build high-performing, engaged and customer-focused teams across our store and concession network.Working at the heart of the business, you will translate our people strategy into practical actions that improve commercial performance, colleague engagement, retention, capability and customer experience. You will challenge, coach and support leaders to make great people decisions, ensuring the right talent, culture and leadership capability are in place to deliver business goals.This is a highly visible role and, while operating within a predominately hybrid model of 3 days in the office, 2 out, will balance time accordingly between the field nationally and Republic of Ireland, supporting stores across the regions, and working alongside the wider HR team in Huddersfield HQ.Key areas within being:1.
