Job DescriptionEMEA Salesforce Lead Location: Solihull (Hybrid)Working Pattern: Hybrid working model with 23 days per week required in our Solihull office. What You Will Do As the EMEA Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimisation, and effective use of Salesforce across the EMEA sales organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to sales leaders and commercial teams, you will provide expertise on sales tools, processes, and technologies to maximise productivity and business performance. You will leverage data, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, improve visibility of sales activities, and support strategic decision-making. This role combines sales operations, CRM leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure Salesforce delivers maximum value to the business.
