Theseare thepassionate and high performingpeoplewho enjoy and thrive onthinking outside the box.Our current employees are the giant slayers who have made Littlefish who we are today, and you will be the future employees who continue to add the drive, passion, andadd toour skills and experienceas we see Littlefish grow.So, if this is ticking your boxes and you are excited at the thought of working with creative, passionate, energetic, friendly people- we would love to hear from you.The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis:We're looking for a Front of House Team Lead to take ownership of the day to day facilities operation across our Group sites, ensuring our offices are safe, compliant, welcoming and operating at their best.You'll lead our front of house team while taking responsibility for facilities management across the estate, acting as the go to person for building operations, workplace compliance, contractors, health and safety, office improvements and employee experience.You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors and customers alike.You'll be responsible for leading facilities activity across the Littlefish Group, including:Managing facilities operations across multiple office locationsLeading and supporting front of house teams across our sitesOwning statutory compliance, health & safety and fire safety requirementsManaging contractors, suppliers and building maintenance activitiesDelivering workplace improvement projects from planning through to completionManaging facilities budgets and obtaining quotes for worksActing as the central point of contact for building-related issuesSupporting audits, access control and security requirementsMaintaining facilities compliance records and certificationEnsuring offices remain welcoming, professional and well-stocked environmentsDriving consistency, service excellence and continuous improvement across all locationWe need a candidate with:Previous experience leading or supervising a teamExperience within a front of house, reception or customer service environmentExperience in facilities, workplace or office operations managementKnowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirementsExperience managing suppliers, contractors and service providersExcellent organisation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to juggle priorities and solve problems proactivelyConfidence working with budgets, projects and multiple stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a hands-on approachFlexibility to travel occasionally between sites when requiredWhat can we offer you?Through our one of a kind training programme, the Littlefish Academy, you can increase your earnings by £4,500Referral bonus scheme of £1000 when you successfully refer a friend.Access to our LinkedIn Learning platform, with over 16000 expert-led online tutorials to enhance and achieve your personal and professional goals.Healthcare cash plan.
