Your Role\nAs our Registered Manager, you will:

- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs. \n
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that care is child-centered and focused on achieving the best outcomes. \n
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high standards. \n
- Collaborate with external professionals and partner agencies to maintain robust safeguarding systems. \n
- Implement effective care plans and support services tailored to each child's unique needs. \n
To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A Leadership and Management qualification (or a willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People. \n
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding regulations, including the Children Act 1989 and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. \n
- Experience managing staff teams with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with confidence. \n
- A genuine passion for children's welfare and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for them. \n

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota. The role comes with a competitive salary starting at £52,000, with the potential to earn up to £58,600 through bonuses.

- 32 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year for the first three years. \n

- Ofsted performance bonuses: £3,000 for an Outstanding judgment and £1,500 for a Good judgment. \n
- Full occupancy bonus of £300 per month. \n
- Company car or £3,000 annual travel allowance. \n
- Local parking permit and a 3-month notice period (except in disciplinary cases). \n
