\nJoin Mller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Lead and take ownership of a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers full autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n

• Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
\n
• Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
\n
• Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
\n
• Make real-time decisions using PDCA and \"go, look, see\" techniques.
\n
• Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.
\n

What We're Looking For \n

• Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
\n
• Strong coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
\n
• Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
\n
• Passion for developing people and driving change.
\n
