Production Operatives NeededKirkby-in-Ashfield, NG17£12.71 per hour increasing following successful sign off of training periodMonday - Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotatingJDR Recruitment (Mansfield) are partnering with a leading manufacturer of aerosols in Kirkby-in-Ashfield to recruit experienced Production Operatives to join their team. These roles are temporary-to-permanent opportunities, offering a permanent contract after successful completion of training (based on performance, attendance, and conduct).Key Responsibilities:Operating machinery and equipment in line with production requirementsHandling and mixing raw materials according to strict safety protocolsMonitoring production processes and recording dataPerforming quality checks and reporting any issuesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentFollowing all health, safety, and environmental regulationsRunning the line/covering supervisor as and when neededRequirements:Previous experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to work in a demanding environment - some heavy lifting will be required of up to 20kgWillingness to work shifts and overtime if requiredWorking hours:Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 rotatingRate of Pay:£12.71 per hour, increasing following successful completion of training period.
