Complex Care Assistant

At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home.We're looking for a Children's Complex Care Assistant to support a 15-year-old young man with cerebral palsy in his family home in Chichester . He lives with his mum, dad, and younger sibling in a warm and supportive family environment. This young man has complex care needs, including a history of apnoea and seizures, and requires dedicated overnight support to ensure his safety and wellbeing. We are seeking experienced carers who are confident supporting children and young people with complex clinical needs and who can provide attentive, compassionate care throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and responding to apnoea episodesRecognising and managing seizure activityProviding overnight clinical observation and supportMedication administration as requiredSupporting personal care needsMaintaining accurate care recordsFollowing care plans and clinical guidanceWorking closely with the family and wider healthcare teamShifts Night shifts available Monday to Sunday: 22:00 - 07:00 We are looking for carers able to commit to regular overnight shifts.
