Senior Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.

The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors - with project values ranging as high as £1bn.

The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between £20m - £100m.

Salary & Package:
\n - Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
\n - Lead end-to-end commercial delivery of major advanced manufacturing facilities
\n - Work closely the building contractor and various project stakeholders
\n - Provide excellent level of service to the client
\n - Work closely with the company directors

Requirements:
\n - Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor
\n - Experience working with consultancy or building contractor
\n - Great communication and organisation skills
\n - Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
