\nWe are recruiting for a Site Services Engineer to join the engineering team at an established mill in Navenby, south of Lincoln.
\nThis is a varied engineering role focused on maintaining the essential utilities, infrastructure and site services that keep the mill operating safely, efficiently and reliably.
\nThis is not a food production or kill factory environment.
The Shift Pattern\nYou will work:
\n- \n
- 4 days on, 4 days off DAYS \n
- 12-hour shifts \n
- Average of approximately 42 hours per week \n
- Regular four-day breaks built into your working pattern \n

The Role\nAs Site Services Engineer, you will help maintain the essential engineering systems and utilities that support the day-to-day operation of the mill.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Planned preventative maintenance \n
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding \n
- Maintaining site utilities and infrastructure \n
- Working with pumps, motors and mechanical equipment \n
- Compressed air systems \n
- Water systems \n
- Heating and ventilation \n
- Pipework and mechanical services \n
- Monitoring plant and utility performance \n
- Identifying faults and carrying out practical repairs \n
- Supporting engineering improvement projects \n
- Working with contractors where required \n
- Ensuring all engineering work is completed safely and effectively \n

You should have a practical mechanical engineering background and be comfortable fault finding and maintaining equipment in an industrial environment.
\nExperience with pumps, motors, compressed air, water systems, HVAC, pipework or industrial utilities would be particularly relevant.
\nEngineers with transferable experience from the Armed Forces are also encouraged to apply.
