Your Role\n

As a PSHE/Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering engaging programs in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN.
  • \n
  • Motivating and encouraging young people to reach their full potential.
  • \n
  • Maintaining high expectations and a clear vision of educational excellence.
  • \n
  • Utilizing outstanding classroom management practices to foster a positive learning environment.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants.
  • \n
What We’re Looking For\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • \n
  • A passion for working with vulnerable young people and building trusting relationships.
  • \n
  • The ability to teach a variety of subjects beyond PSHE and Careers.
  • \n
  • Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to our supportive team.
  • \n
  • A valid driving license to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • \n
Working Conditions\n

This is a full-time, permanent position during term time only, with hours as follows:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • \n
  • Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
  • \n
Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £37,800, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will:
