\nHours: 37.5 hours per week
\nSalary: £28,000 - £39,520 per annum
\nProjected Start Date: April 2027

Your Role and Responsibilities\nAs a SEN Class Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum while addressing the complex SEMH needs of our pupils. \n
- Support the class team in creating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors. \n
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure all needs are met. \n
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips. \n
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage interaction and enhance learning outcomes. \n
To thrive in this role, you should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Have a strong educational background at degree level. \n
- Bring previous successful teaching experience. \n
- Have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting. \n
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques. \n
- Be committed to your professional development and eager to learn. \n
