Your Role\n

As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the complex needs of pupils with ASC & SEMH.
  • \n
  • Supporting the class team to facilitate engaging learning opportunities and promote positive behaviors.
  • \n
  • Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure all needs are met.
  • \n
  • Supervising pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips.
  • \n
  • Building positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and enhance learning outcomes.
  • \n
What We’re Looking For\n

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a suitable degree-level qualification.
  • \n
  • Previous successful teaching experience, particularly with SEND pupils.
  • \n
  • Experience in behavior management techniques.
  • \n
  • A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
