Contract Support Administrator

About the RoleWe are looking for an organised and customer-focused Contract Support to join our growing operations team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing small works and project coordination across our HVAC department.You will act as the vital link between clients, engineers, and internal teamsensuring all works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong client-first approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prioritise all incoming small works and projectsSchedule engineers and ensure attendance within agreed SLAsManage the full job lifecycle, including ordering parts and liaising with suppliersMonitor job profitability, ensuring work stays within agreed cost estimatesPrepare and issue RAMS documentation for all worksReview engineer reports and submit to clients within deadlinesMaintain regular, professional communication with clientsAct as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolutionEnsure timely and accurate invoicingMaintain accurate records and system updatesWhat Were Looking ForExperience & KnowledgePrevious experience in a helpdesk, contract support, or scheduling roleExperience in a field service or engineering environment (advantageous)Familiarity with FSM systems (e.g. Joblogic, SimPRO or similar)Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workflowsProactive, solutions-focused approachAbility to work well under pressureA collaborative and team-oriented mindsetDesirableIOSH training or experience producing RAMSBackground in HVAC, facilities management, or engineering servicesWhat We OfferStructured training and onboarding programmeOngoing development and career progression opportunitiesSupportive team environment with mentorship from senior leadersOpportunity to grow into supervisory or management rolesWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business where you can make a real impact.
