People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client's growing transport operation in Doncaster and the surrounding areas.
\n This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday 06.00

Pay Rate:

• £16.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

\n
• \n

  Safely operate and drive Class 2 vehicles to and from delivery locations

\n
• \n

  Deliver products depot to depot

\n
• \n

  NO HANBALL - Products will be loaded and unloaded for you

\n
• \n

  Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management

\n
• \n

  Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations

\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

\n
• \n

  Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff

\n

Essential Skills

\n
• \n

  Valid UK Category C Licence

\n
• \n

  Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card

\n
• \n

  No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)

\n
• \n

  Reliable, professional, and punctual

\n
• \n

  Good communication and customer service skills

\n
• \n

  Understanding of road safety and compliance

\n
• \n

  Ability to work with a Driver's Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries

\n

Desirable Experience

\n
• \n

  Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience

\n
• \n

  Good customer interaction and service skills

\n

Training

\n
• \n

  Full industry-related training provided

\n
• \n

  Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment

\n
