I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Building Maintenance Operative, Building Fabric Technician, or Maintenance Technician. As a Multi Trade Operative you will be: Carry out reactive and planned multi-trade maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects across schools, colleges, councils and other client sites. Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring. Attend responsive maintenance callouts, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes.
