I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Building Maintenance Operative, Building Fabric Technician, or Maintenance Technician. As a Multi Trade Operative you will be: Carry out reactive and planned multi-trade maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects across schools, colleges, councils and other client sites. Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring. Attend responsive maintenance callouts, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes. I’d love to speak to Multi Trade Operative who has: Skilled in two or more trades Relevant experience within Public Sector Construction and Commercial Refurbishment Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work.
