The firm has experienced strong growth and provides extensive legal support and advice to clients across the UK.Committed to delivering a quality service, they focus on providing clients with peace of mind and assurance throughout their legal journey.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced NIHL / M-NIHL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our clients Industrial Disease team, managing a litigated caseload of Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and Military Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (M-NIHL) claims.This role requires someone with strong litigation experience, the ability to manage their own caseload, meet performance targets and deliver results within a busy legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a litigated NIHL/M-NIHL caseload from instruction through to conclusionHandle cases in line with statutory legislation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case lawProvide excellent legal advice while maintaining high standards of client careWork towards billing targets and deliver results within a performance-driven environmentMaintain accurate case management and ensure compliance with relevant codes of conduct and accounts rulesEffectively organise workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesWork collaboratively as part of a team while managing your own caseloadWhat Were Looking ForQualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with experience handling litigated NIHL/M-NIHL caseloadsMinimum 5 years experience in NIHL/M-NIHL litigationStrong knowledge and experience in Industrial Disease litigationGood understanding of statutory legislation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case lawAbility to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlinesExcellent organisation and time management skillsAbility to provide high-quality legal advice while maintaining excellent client care standardsWorking knowledge of compliance issues, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rulesProven billing recordGood IT skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDriven, conscientious and professional with a strong work ethicHonest, hardworking and committed to continuous development and improvementPassionate about delivering excellent client care and serviceWhats In It For YouSalary £35k to £50k (depending on experience) plus bonus on own billingsBonus scheme subject to income tax and NI contributions25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysYour Birthday off workPension (Employee 5% - Employer 3%)Casual office dressHybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per weekMay consider 1 day in the office per week and 4 days at homeFree or subsidised on-site parking may be available as part of the overall packageThe office is a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly train station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria train stationWhats next?
