Job DescriptionQuantity Surveyor What You Will Do As a Quantity Surveyor at Johnson Controls, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to final account, playing a pivotal role in driving profitability and protecting the business from risk. Working closely with Sales and Projects teams, you will provide expert commercial and contractual guidance across a diverse portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will have accountability for key projects within your region, making a direct impact on business performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
