What Will You Do?
\n As a Personalization Product Manager – Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, you will develop and execute the product strategy for ML-powered personalization and next-best-action solutions. You will partner with data scientists and engineers to translate research into roadmaps, run experiments to validate impact, and operationalize scalable model lifecycle infrastructure. Additionally, you will champion responsible AI practices, track product KPIs, and mentor product managers to foster a culture of experimentation and measurable outcomes.
