\nWe are looking for Recruitment Administratorsto support a major overspill recruitment project. Based at our Northampton office, you will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding warehouse operatives to meet high-volume staffing requirements.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n
• Conducting pre-screening interviews with candidates
  
\n
• Processing online registrations
  
\n
• Carrying out compliance and right-to-work checks
  
\n
• Managing candidate records and documentation
  
\n
• Providing general recruitment and administrative support
  
\n
• Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns for warehouse operatives
  
\n

About You\n

• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
  
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
  
\n
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment
  
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
  
\n
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
  
\n
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a high workload
