We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Air Conditioning division in the City of London.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong manager who can lead a team of engineers, oversee maintenance operations, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Conditioning division. \n
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Air Conditioning Engineers. \n
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small project works. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact. \n
- Plan engineer workloads and manage resources effectively. \n
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements. \n
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \n
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required. \n
- \n
- Proven experience managing Air Conditioning Engineers or Air Conditioning contracts. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs. \n
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification. \n
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services. \n
- Excellent leadership and people management skills. \n
- Strong communication and client-facing experience. \n
- Full UK Driving Licence. \n
