SC Cleared Site Manager

Are you an experienced SC Cleared Site Manager looking for your next contract? We're recruiting for an SC Cleared Site Manager to join a leading Facilities Management contractor on a project in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity offering £350 per shift, a 4-day working week paid as 5, and an immediate start.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
\n
• Supervise contractors and coordinate site activities.
\n
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
\n
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
\n
• Act as the main point of contact for site teams and project stakeholders.
\n

\n
• Current SC (Security Check) or CTC security clearance (essential).
\n
• SMSTS certification.
\n
• First Aid qualification.
\n
• CSCS Gold Card.
\n
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, fit-out or Facilities Management.
\n
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
\n
