Support Workers Needed

Job Title: Band 3 Support Worker Location: Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester Rate: Day - £16.2, Night/Saturday - £18, and Sunday/BH - £23 per hour Contract Length: Continuous Schedule: The shifts are available 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, covering both day and night shifts. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Band 3 Support Worker to join our team for a full-time continuous job across Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester. Key Responsibilities: Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists Administering medication and monitoring patient progress Requirements: Previous experience working in mental health setting (in a hospital or community setting is ideal) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule
