Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

The Role

\n

An exciting and growing agency working with brands across the sports sector is looking for a talented PPC & SEO Manager to join its team.

\n

You’ll take ownership of paid search and organic search activity across a portfolio of sports clients, helping drive traffic, engagement, leads and revenue.

\n

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing, understands what makes audiences tick and can turn data into practical actions and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

\n
    \n
  • Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • \n
  • Manage paid search budgets, bidding, keywords, audiences and ad copy.
  • \n
  • Develop and deliver SEO strategies across technical, on-page and content SEO.
  • \n
  • Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
  • \n
  • Improve organic rankings, visibility and website traffic.
  • \n
  • Monitor PPC and SEO performance across CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
  • \n
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools to identify opportunities.
  • \n
  • Produce clear performance reports and recommendations for clients.
  • \n
  • Work closely with content, creative and client teams.
  • \n
  • Keep up to date with search trends, AI developments and changes across Google and other platforms.
  • \n

About You

\n

You’ll ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • 3+ years’ experience across PPC ideally agency-side.
  • \n
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Google Search Console.
  • \n
  • Good knowledge of GA4 and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
  • \n
  • Experience managing PPC budgets and delivering against performance targets.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page and content SEO.
  • \n
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Confidence communicating results and recommendations to clients.
  • \n
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach.
  • \n
  • An interest in sport and the wider sports industry.
  • \n
