Role Responsibilities\nAs a SEN Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to the complex ASC & SEMH needs of our pupils. \n
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors. \n
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to ensure their needs are met. \n
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips. \n
- Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes. \n
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- A suitable degree-level qualification. \n
- Previous successful teaching experience. \n
- Experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting. \n
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques. \n
- A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn. \n
